- Anyone who signs in to the console. People who only talk to Hinzel from Slack, Jira or GitHub are free, with no limit.
- What is on the bill?
- Two lines: user seats and credits. Credits pay for AI and sandboxes, from one balance for the whole org.
- How do I control spend?
- Admins set a credit budget for each project. Rules, approvals and the publish gate come with every plan.
- Do credits expire?
- Monthly credits in Pro reset each billing period. Credits you buy and Free starter credits last 12 months.
- Is there a limit on how many agents run at once?
- No. No plan limits concurrency.
- What does early access mean?
